For the first time, Amaury Cambuzat, of the french Avant-Rock band ULAN BATOR presents acoustic versions of songs from across the history of his band.

Amaury started Ulan Bator in 1993. In the years since he has continually been producing music including 10 albums with Ulan Bator.

Since 1996 he has played live and recorded with the German band FAUST, recorded two albums with side-project Chaos Physique as well as three solo albums (aka Acid Cobra).

He has also collaborated with Michael Gira (Swans), Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins), James Johnston (Gallon Drunk, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds), Nikki Sudden (Swell Maps), and Pascal Comelade amongst many others on a long list.

ULAN BATOR started their long carrier in 1993 in Paris as a duet composed of Amaury Cambuzat (Vox, Guitar and keyboards) and Olivier Manchion (Bass).
Their first rehearsals sessions happened in a deep, unused chalk-mine in the suburbs of Paris.
